How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship in 2–5 business days. Once your parcel is on the way, you will get tracking by email.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping unlocks on orders over $60. Your cart shows progress as you add pieces.
What is your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start a return from your order confirmation email or contact us.
Are products dermatologist tested?
Where noted on the product page, yes. Always patch-test new formulas if you have sensitive skin.

How do I track my order?
Use our Track order page with your order number and checkout email. You’ll also get a tracking link by email when the parcel ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If the order has not shipped yet, message us as soon as you can and we will try to help. Once it is with the carrier, we cannot change the address or contents.
